If you are a course creator and you have been selling courses, then this podcast episode is absolutely for you right now. This is for the woman who is tired of live launching and pushing and wondering where the next sale is coming from and whether it'll only happen if she shows up live and loud online. Now, if you've been living in the belief that making sales equals constant hustle. And that is how you're operating right now in your business. Then this conversation is for you. Because, yes, strategy matters. And you know how I will always go on about strategy. We all need to know the strategy of how to do things, but what fuels your strategy is your belief system. And if your beliefs are wired for burnout, then even the best Evergreen automated sales system that I share with you will fall flat. Because you are going to be operating from a place of burnout and hustle and grind. You're going to make it harder than what it even needs to be. Because it's a pattern. So that's what today's podcast is all about. We are going to start rewiring old stories and give yourself a little belief upgrade, to support you in making daily sales with ease. So the first belief, I want to dive into this belief that I think many business owners have. I have been guilty of it as well. It's a very pervasive niggly belief that will run the show if it's left unchecked. So the belief is it takes hard work and sacrifice to make money. Now, this one is deep. Especially for women, especially for educators because we've been conditioned to believe that value comes from sacrifice and effort. That we must grind over, deliver, and sacrifice ourselves in order to deserve abundance. And maybe you've lived this, maybe you've taught in classrooms or you have. Where you've worked long hours and you've skipped meals and you've done so much and you've just never felt like it was enough and you constantly had to sacrifice yourself. And maybe you've got an online business now and you find yourself putting in endless hours and just not seeing that return, and therefore there's this belief of I need to sacrifice more. I need to work harder in order to make more. That's where your brain goes. It's like, okay, I'm making the, and maybe you're making money. Maybe you're making like $10,000 a month right now, and you want to get to $20,000 a month, and your brain thinks, okay, I need to work harder in order to get from 10 K to 20 k. And that's the belief. I felt this so much at every level in my business. My immediate thing would be like, okay, I need to work harder. But that's not how it works. And I've seen this play out in my business because making money is not about hard work and sacrifice. Yes, there will be a season of life where you will need to sacrifice, you'll need to work hard. It doesn't just come without that. I'm not discounting that hard work is needed. But the people who are making the most money in the world right now. They're not working hard. They're working smart. That's what's actually happening. The more you can work smarter in alignment with intention, the more money you will make. So when I shifted this belief from I need to work hard and sacrificed myself to make money. And I started asking this question, what if I could make more money doing less? What if ease and following my joy and alignment and feeling into my body's energy was the strategy. What if I trusted that the space in my calendar didn't have to be filled up for sales. For money. That I could have space in my calendar and just rest and still make money. And guess what happened? I started looking at it from that lens. I started seeing how working smarter and being really strategic was the thing. And I started to make more money, started work on the beliefs, specifically the beliefs, the money, beliefs. And then I started to make more money. Because I was coming back to my power. And not from a panic energy. And I was believing that working smarter would make more money and that I could make money with ease and when I could believe that I started to show up in my business like that. And it started to be more natural for me to not overwork, not hustle and grind and not sacrifice myself. Started to tighten my boundaries and be like, you know what? This is when I'm working. This is when I'm off. I'm not working weekends.

I'm not working after 4:

00 PM. I'm going to make money regardless. And so that belief is what drove the behaviour. And then having that belief system and then shifting to more of an Evergreen model where you're selling more all the time. That belief really goes well with that model. Because the Evergreen model is this whole idea of, okay, I make sales all the time, and it can be automated and it can feel easy. But if you believe that you have to sacrifice yourself and all of this to make a sale, you're going to end up just overworking for the sake of working. Because that's where you feel safe. You don't feel safe in the ease and the spaciousness and just being able to be strategic and then lean back. You feel like you almost have to overcompensate out of like a fear response of, okay, the money's not going to come unless I sacrifice. And that is where the behaviour happens because your belief informs your actions and informs your behaviour. Literally drives everything in your business. So yes, you can have the best Evergreen strategy to make automated sales, but if your belief is I need to suffer to succeed, you're going to be suffering no matter what. So change that belief. What if you could lean into it takes working smart to make more money and I can make money with ease. So the core belief number two is I have to live launch to make sales, and that Evergreen doesn't work. Now, this one had me for a long time in the first couple years of my business because I believe that if I wasn't live launching, I wasn't making money and people weren't going to buy. I had to have this big fancy dramatic launch in order to make a sale. And maybe you felt this too, you launched maybe three times a year and every time it's like a big sprint. It's a bit of a performance, it's a make or break moment. You've probably invested money into ads. You're having this big surge and in between launches, you just don't really do anything. You don't really sell. You just prepare for your next live launch event. Here's what I want you to know. That works until it doesn't work, until you get burnt out from it, obviously. And then the next step will naturally be selling something Evergreen and your belief system because you might have tried selling Evergreen and not working. And suddenly you're going to think, okay, well people don't buy like that. Evergreen is not effective and it doesn't work. But I want to tell you right now that that is not true. It's a different type of strategy. And Evergreen does require more skill, more precision. It requires better messaging. It requires more then a live launch in the sense of your assets that you use in your Evergreen sales process. Like your sales page, your webinar, all the pieces of the puzzle that do the heavy lifting, they have to be dialled in properly for it to work. Live launching you can make some mistakes and it can be a little bit messy and people will still buy just because of that natural built-in urgency. There's a natural energy surge. In Evergreen, of course, there isn't that major live launch urgency. But if you do it right, it is so powerful because the thing is people are going to buy when they feel ready. Not just when you are launching in your launch window. So if you are only launching three times a year and you're not selling any other time, then you're just missing sales throughout the whole rest of the year because people want to buy when they want to buy, not when you want to sell. Does that make sense? So this is where a built-in evergreen sales system becomes very, very important in your business. But you need to shift your belief because if you are going to only think, people buy during launches, then you're going to sabotage yourself. So I want you to try on this belief. People buy from me all the time. All the time. Try that Evergreen sales are more than possible. And I trust that my course sells daily. The next belief is I have to sell live or manually all the time. That I have to be live in the process all the time. Now this belief keeps you working harder than you need to. And yes, there are moments where selling live is extremely powerful. You're going to have to sell live. You're going to have to live launch. So I'm not saying you're going to have to stop that. You're going to have to manually promote your program, obviously. And this obviously depends on the offer price. So if you're selling a high ticket offer that's $3,000 or above, yes you're going to need some human touch. You're going to need DM conversations, sales calls, all of that. But if your course is like a thousand dollars or less. Maybe even $2,000 or less. You do not need to be constantly live selling it all the time. And that belief of live selling is the only thing that works, is the reason you feel stuck in the launch cycle. It's the reason that you panic when you take a break. It's the reason that you feel like your sales are a sprint instead of a steady, sustainable rhythm. You do not need to show up every day to be worthy of making money. You should be showing up in your business every day. But it's okay for you to make sales without being in front of the camera the entire time. You can build a system that can sell for you and people can buy from you without having to have a call with you or a whole conversation with you. That is possible. And I've seen that happen in my own business. I've seen people just buy from me. Because I've got a bingeable body of work, which they go and absorb. They go and listen to the podcast, they go and look at the Instagram. And then they just buy from me. And so if you are doing that and you're doing all the other things in your business that are important, like having emails to nurture, posting value, staying top of mind with that stuff. It's possible that someone can just find you, click one of your lead magnets go through your funnel and purchase your program without even speaking to you. And that is what the Evergreen sales system does, is it builds out a journey that takes someone from pretty cold into warm, into hot, into buying from you. Very strategically, but it's automated. You don't actually need to be in that thing. All you need to do is build the machine and then run traffic. But if your belief system is I need to be live and I need to speak with people, no one buys unless I speak to them, or no one buys unless I have a DM conversation or whatever, whatever. That's not going to be the right belief system to be moving into the strategy with. You need to think, people buy from me all the time. I can make sales in my sleep. And automation supports my freedom. It allows people to buy from me when they feel ready. So try that on for size. So if you are ready to shift out of the hustle mode, because if you're finding yourself in a sort of hustle mode, working hard, sacrificing yourself, your boundaries are all loosey goosey. You are not tending to your needs. You feel like if you rest, your sales aren't going to come. If you automate, your sales aren't going to come. If those beliefs are riding the show, that is what your reality will be in your business. So you need to start with the beliefs right now. And I want you to do a little bit of an audit on what are you believing about your business right now. And you might also have beliefs like, oh, my niche doesn't pay that amount of money. Or my niche doesn't invest high ticket. The stories you tell are the stories that play out. So time to audit the stories you are telling. And I want you to try these ones on for size. I'm inviting you to try these beliefs on for size. Make it a thing this week, this month. Stick these beliefs up somewhere. Whatever you feel will make a difference in your belief system. Stick those beliefs up. The ones that you need to shift to shift the behaviour. Which will then shift the actions, which will then shift the reality. So the one is working smarter makes money not harder. So working smarter makes money not harder. I can make sales with ease every single day. People buy from me all the time, not just when I'm alive all the time. People buy from me all the time. Evergreen sales work beautifully. People love the freedom to buy when they are ready. Evergreen sales work beautifully. People love the freedom to buy whenever they are ready. I can make money with ease or I make money with ease. That is the kind of belief system that needs to be running the show. Otherwise you're going to be working harder, hustling, harder, grafting, burning out, repeating the pattern. And it's not going to get you the results you want. And you're not going to enjoy the journey of it. So you want to shift your beliefs. You want to shift your actions as a result of it, then you can start building in strategy that then works with those beliefs. Like an Evergreen sales system, maybe to sell your course all the time. And when your energy is cleaner, when you've got a sales system that works and a strategy that matches that, your business will begin to respond to that new frequency that you're holding. Because you become the woman who sells with ease. You become the woman who receives sales daily. You become the woman who's building a business that feels good to her and to her nervous system.
