So good to have you here with me as always, so happy you chose to tap into my voice to listen to today. Today I'm going to talk about something that I know a lot of course creators in particular want. And it is something that when you start selling courses, you start to want even more. And that is, selling your course on autopilot, so not having to spend all your time manually selling it. Live launching, and all of that just to sell your course. And basically, you want to sell your course evergreen. And if you are in the situation where you've got a course right now, you've sold it before and you are wanting to sell more of it, then this really is the episode for you. Say we were sitting at a table right now and you came to me and you said, I want more consistent income from my course. I want to sell it more frequently. I don't want to have these massive live launches to sell it all the time. And if you were to tell me that, I would basically say. You are ready for your next level. You are ready to learn a new skillset in business that is different from the skills that you've currently learned. And that skillset is about learning how to sell courses in an automated way, Evergreen. So there is one thing you need in order to make say, five to $10,000 a month from core sales on autopilot. And it's not creating more content, it's not burning yourself with another live challenge or long-winded bootcamp. It's this. It's building out an automated sales machine and building the skills required to build this thing out. And this is a new skillset that is a bit different from when you learn how to launch a course. I always say the first skill you want to learn in business is the act of launching and promoting an offer and selling an offer. Once you build those skills, the next problem you will face is, okay, how do I sell more of these more frequently without burning myself out? Because obviously if you launch all the time, you burn out. And then that next skill set is, okay, how can I build an automated sales machine and the skills required for it to actually work? Because there's two very different things. There's building out an evergreen automated machine. And it not working because you just haven't done the right thing, or it's building out a well-oiled machine that actually sells your courses on autopilot. And today I'm going to walk you through what that actually means or why it will completely change your business and what pieces you need to build it in a way that feels aligned with your energy. All right, cool. Let's dive into this episode. So, what do I mean by an automated sales machine? So this isn't just a cute phrase. This is literally a total business game changer. I'm talking about creating a system in your business that makes sales for you every single day without you needing to be live, launching, or hustling all the time. It means you waking up in the morning, looking at your phone and seeing a sales notification of someone who's bought your course. While you were sleeping. It means you can go to the beach, you can go for lunch, you can go walk your dog, you can go hang out with your kids and you can look at your phone and you can have sales on autopilot even when you're not on, even when you're not working. And that, let me tell you, is a whole different level of freedom. Now, of course it's freeing to have an online business that lets you work from everywhere. You can sell courses and you can do this, and you can choose who to work with. That's incredibly freeing. But what is really freeing is knowing that there's a machine in your business that can make sales without you working. Because that really is what gives you time back. It gives you breathing room, it gives you mental peace. And it gives you some sense of stability, which live launching cannot provide. And this is how you build a business that supports you and your lifestyle. Because I'm a big fan of building our business to support our lifestyle. That's the way I do it. It's a lifestyle business. And really to have these systems in your business making sales for you is massive. Absolutely massive. So that's what I mean. It's an automated sales machine that you build within your business that sells your course for you. So there are three core things that you would need for this. Number one, you need to have a strong Evergreen friendly offer. So you need an offer that actually works. This is not the time to create something brand new from scratch and then go immediately to Evergreen. You actually want to automate a course or a program that has already been tested live, so something that you know people want, that you've seen people buy, that you've had good conversions with. There is demand for it. The offer is strong and it's converting. You've tested it live. You've delivered it live. The product is good. You're happy with it. You don't have to be fully happy with it. It doesn't mean that it needs to be like a hundred percent, but you at least need to have a course that converts. That's really important. I don't recommend you going and creating a new course, never having tested it at all, and immediately trying to Evergreen it. You can do a good couple of live webinars, testing it live for a few times, and then you can turn it evergreen and build out the automated sales machine. But for everyone who is listening who wants to have Evergreen sales and passive sales, you need to have active sales first before you move to passive sales. That's just how it goes. You can't just think, oh, I'm just going to go from nothing to passive. It doesn't work like that. So as long as you're on board with testing out your offer with a live webinar and making sure it converts and getting the offer right, then it's perfectly fine. After that, the next step is, okay, we automate it. We get that thing selling on its own. So the first thing you need is an Evergreen friendly offer, so it converts. But it also needs to be a very strong offer. So it needs to be clear, it needs to solve a real problem that people are willing to pay for and it needs to have a transformation that people are searching for. It doesn't need to be a huge program. You're typically looking between$300 to about $2,000 when it comes to automating a course. And it doesn't need to be perfect, you need to have some bones there and you need to have your messaging figured out a little bit. And you can do that by just testing it out with live webinars and then eventually getting things tweaked and refined. And once you're ready. You're ready to turn that thing Evergreen. But, it's really important that it's an Evergreen friendly offer, which also means that it can deliver all year round. So it's not time sensitive. So the second thing you want to make sure that the transformation that you're offering is something that people are wanting to buy all year round. So the offer needs to be ongoing for a long period of time. This is the beauty of Evergreen sales. So you can sell your course every day, all year round if it solves a problem that people have every day, all year round. So I want you to ask yourself, is this something people only want in December or January or during a particular season, or is this something that someone could want at any point in time in the year? For example, I've seen a lot of courses that are exam focused, and sometimes these exams are only in one time of the year, and so people are only buying that course in one time of the year. Then you have other courses which are for mothers birthing children. Now, at every time in the year, mothers will be birthing children. You'll always have mothers birthing children. So it's this Evergreen thing that will never end. There will never be a time where women are not having babies. So you could create a course around that and know that there will always be an audience for it. There will always be demand for it. But if it comes to an exam that's only say in July once a year and people are only really buying courses leading up to it. Then what are they going to do after that? Then you want to say, okay, maybe this isn't a transformation people want all year round. And maybe that's not the offer. You want to be turning Evergreen. Because that thing needs to be selling every day, all day throughout the year. And so you need to make sure that there's demand all throughout the year. It makes logical sense, but I see a lot of people make that mistake where they are trying to turn a course that is quite time sensitive into an Evergreen program. And it doesn't really work well. So you need to check that people are ready to buy this thing anytime. There's demand there and that is going to make sure that your automated machine actually converts because it's impossible to force demand. It really is. You can't force someone to buy something if there isn't demand there for it. So the demand of it is very important. And then the third thing you want to have is a sales funnel that does the heavy lifting. Now this part people skip or they get wrong. Normally they get it wrong, and often some people skip. Sometimes someone just puts their course on their website and they think that that is an Evergreen course, and people will just buy it. People aren't just going to buy your course directly off your website. Very rarely is that going to happen. You want to actually have a sales machine, an engine that runs and moves people from basically not knowing you into. Oh, I really trust you. I like what you're offering into. Oh my gosh, take my money, I want in. So it's like really taking someone from I don't know you to buying. And you would do this naturally in a live launch by setting up all the phases of the launch correctly and doing particular things and stuff over that launch. But when it comes to Evergreen, you want to build out this series of landing pages. It's a funnel that moves them through a particular journey. That does particular things, at particular points. Building up that know, like and trust and eventually buying something from you. So this isn't just about building up a sales page and praying that someone buys from that sales page. You actually need a proper strategy. Something that nurtures someone come into your world, join your email list, you then nurture them, you then present them offers. Small offers potentially. And then after that, you build more connection, more value, you do a whole bunch of stuff and then you present them with an invitation into a training. And then you do a whole bunch of stuff on that training, and then there's an offer that is presented within that training over a period of time. And this sales system looks different depending on what course you're trying to sell. Whether it's low ticket, mid ticket, high ticket, the sale system will look different. It could be more of a free lead magnet starting off with like that. And then when someone opts into that, they can buy a low ticket offer from you. Or it could be something different where they're opting into a free training. And then on that free training, you're presenting them with an offer, which is more of a core offer, something between 300 to $2,000. And then you need to have a very, very strategic training. It's this whole machine that exists. It's going to involve an opt-in page, some sort of value piece, which is delivering value. A sales page. It's going to have an email sequence that nurtures, then it's going to have a sales email sequence. So there's a few different core pieces to the sales machine. Typically you're going to have a offer that is available for only a period of time, so there is a real urgency. And then once you build this out, it can run automatically all the time. So once someone opt in, they will then go through this journey all the time, and then a percentage of your people will buy. And that is how you make sales every day. And that's how you turn your course into a sales machine that can bring in five to $10,000 a month on autopilot. And that is really the magic that can happen, which will change your entire life, I promise you. Really once you build out this machine, and yes, it does take a bit of time, but so does launching. Launching takes time. Building out a launch takes time. Running a launch takes time. It takes capacity. It takes energy. And so when you build out this machine you're like, okay, well instead of spending all this time launching this course, let me just put this energy into building a machine that sells this course. And so depending on what offer you're selling and which machine you're building. And I'm going to talk this through in my daily sales masterclass in a bit more detail because there are various different sales machines that you can build. But it really depends on your offer and couple of things in your business to decide, okay, which one should I be building first? Because there really is some strategy to that. And that's what I can talk with you through on this masterclass. But once you have the thing built and you've got it working for you, you've done the thing, all you need to do is run traffic to it and you can run traffic through organic marketing methods. If you have a YouTube, a podcast, Instagram SEO, whatever, organic method, a substack, or you can just run straight ads. And if the funnel is built and it's converting, you can totally run paid ads to it. That's what I've done. And while I've done both paid ads is just much quicker. And then you have a percentage of people buying. And as long as your numbers are making sense. And you're seeing an ROI then it is fricking amazing. So then you can literally have someone running ads. Which is why I become so hands off. So I'll have someone who will run ads for me to these machines and I will go live my life. And of course, I'm not doing nothing. When you have a business, you have to do stuff. It's not like, oh, I'm just going to not do nothing. You have to track your numbers, you have to refresh things, you have to tweak things like there's things you need to be doing, but basically you're not live launching the entire time. You're not having to be on the entire time. It's a much more peaceful nervous system practice of making sales versus having these very intense launches which kind of wreck you. Or at least wreck me. You want to be launching, you want to be doing that a few times a year. But it's just that whole thing of having to do it all the time, which really wrecks you. So then once you have this thing built, you've just got someone running ads or you can run ads, it's up to you. But you can wake up less stressed. You don't have to be guessing where your next sale is coming from. You don't have to be panicking about when's your next launch. In order to make money, you can start seeing consistent sales all year round. And having people join your programs all year round and that is really, really amazing. You can also have more impact. Because you have to think about it, if you're only giving people an opportunity to buy in a live launch and you're forgetting to really sell between that, you're missing out on a lot of impact. A lot of people aren't just going to buy when you're launching. They want to buy when they're ready. And so when they're ready, they're actively seeking out that solution. And if they saw your solution at that time, they would buy it, provided it was hitting all the things they wanted. But if you don't have that sales machine or any offer available, they will go to a competitor and they'll buy from someone else. And then you're going to lose the sale. And so it's just about giving people an opportunity to say yes, more frequently, more often without it burning you out, requiring you to be on all the time, working excessively. When you have this machine, you can then work in other areas of your business while this thing's working for you, you can do other things. And that is really important when you're trying to scale an online business and you're trying to live your life and you're trying to have a good time and you're not trying to burn yourself down. So it has been absolutely a game changer for me. I'm so grateful that two years ago I went down this path or even bit more than that. Because it does just change everything. When you're able to have systems that work for you. It means you can take a bit of the pressure off and you can work in other areas of your business.
