So moving away from the crazy live launch rollercoaster and building out a system that sells your course Evergreen on autopilot. So if that sounds like you, then I absolutely would love to have you there. This isn't going to be like your typical webinar where I talk to you and. It's a bit disconnected and things like that. I've chosen to do it intimate. It's going to be in a Google meeting room, and we're going to have our cameras on and we're going to have real connection, and we're going to have live Q&A at the end where you can ask me all your questions and pick my brain about selling your course Evergreen. And I'm going to walk you through how to build an Evergreen system in your business that does the sales heavy lifting, so you can create some automated sales without launching yourself into burnout. So if this sounds like something for you, then please join us. You can click the link below in the show notes and, I'm not going to be doing this live session again for a long while. So if Evergreen and automating your sales processes, any has been on your mind, has been a skill you want to learn, then definitely be in that session live. And those of you who join live, I will have a free gift as well for you just to thank you. So let's dive into this episode. This episode is really for the person who has got a course already. Maybe you've launched it once, maybe you've sold it a few times, and now you're probably thinking, I don't want to do another full on launch, and I want this thing to sell on its own. I feel you, and I'm telling you, I have been there many times. I think that's a very natural progression. After creating a course and launching it a few times, very naturally, your next step will be Evergreening it up. So setting it up to sell all the time in an automated way so that you can actually build the freedom that you truly desire. So the big question that I want to help you with today is, is your offer ready to go Evergreen? Because here's the truth that isn't said enough. If your course doesn't sell well live. It's not going to magically convert in an Evergreen format. Okay? Evergreen sales systems don't fix problems. They just are a different way of selling something, but it is typically easier to sell something live than it is Evergreen. And I don't think a lot of people realize that. A lot of people create their course and immediately want to go Evergreen and skip the live portion of it, and that is generally not a good idea. Something that I would like you to avoid. Something that I felt compelled to do, but then I didn't do it and I'm very grateful I didn't do it. Because if your offer doesn't sell live, it ain't going to sell in an automated way. So I want to talk through in this episode if your offer is ready, what needs to be in place and what tweaks need to happen so that you are not hitting a wall when you are setting this thing up Evergreen and you're not hitting zero sales. So why is Evergreen so appealing and why do most people rush it? So Evergreen is like the course creator's dream, let's be honest. Sales, while you sleep, notifications pinging while you're living your best life. No more giant launches with an emotional rollercoaster that comes with them where you're completely burnt out at the end. It really can be amazing. If the foundations are strong and you've got the pieces in place, an Evergreen sales system that solves your course is absolutely magical. I will never forget my first Evergreen sales system. I was living my life in Italy, on holiday and I was just having sails come in while we were driving in this convertible with the top down wind blowing in my head, the sun of my skin. I'm in this beautiful place, lake Como, Italy, and I've got these sails coming in and I'm just like literally electrified, it was so magical. So it really is a magical thing. But it's not something that you can just jump into immediately because if your offer isn't landing a funnel or some sort of strategy isn't going to fix the offer's problem. So that's the thing. So I understand why people want to jump into Evergreen very quickly and they want to automate their sales process. I understand it like that is the holy grail, but we cannot be skipping some very important things. Otherwise we're going to have a very tough time. Building an Evergreen sales system that actually works. So let's walk you through the three questions ask yourself, before you automate anything. So question number one, has this offer sold live? And has it sold well live? And I mean there is demand. People bought it. It wasn't like an extremely tough sell. Did people buy it from a place of excitement when you launched it live? Were they messaging you, saying like, how can they sign up? Did your cart open and did you bring in cash? If the answer is yes, then that's amazing. You've ticked a huge piece of the puzzle, and you're more ready to move forward. But if you have been launching your course and just not getting sales, not getting traction, there's no one reaching out, asking you for wanting to work with you. It feels like you're pulling teeth just to make a few sales. Then jumping into automating that offer is not going to work, basically. I'll just be dead honest. You need to refine your offer and you need to refine your messaging first until you see that there is a clear demand and sales are coming a little bit more with ease. So this is a moment just to get really honest about your offer. Looking at your offer, it's positioning the program, promise, the messaging that you're using. All of that, get clear about it and honest about it and see what needs to improve. And I would say, a minimum of a 1% sales conversion from your entire list. So say you have a launch list of a hundred people and you sell your offer. If you get one sale that's a 1% sales conversion, or say you have a thousand people on your list, a 1% sales conversion would be 10 sales. So you want a minimum of that. And if you are hosting a live webinar to sell your course, then you want to try be as close to a 10% sales conversion for those who attended live and watched the replay. For anyone who attended live and watched the replay, if you have 10% of them purchase your program. That offer is definitely ready to be said Evergreen. And it could be between eight and 10%, but you want to try and get it to as close to 10% as possible. That means, this thing is converting really well live. You can automate it. Question two. Does the offer solve an urgent and clear problem that people are willing to pay for? So this is big. Your offer can't just sound nice and have this generalized program promise or problem that it fixes. It has to be needed. Your ideal client should land on your page and say, oh my gosh, this is exactly what I've been looking for. So if your course program promise is too broad, too vague, if it solves a problem that people don't yet know they have, which often happens. A lot of people create programs in terms of problems that people don't even know they have yet, so they're not even problem aware yet. And if they don't know they have the problem, they're not going to be looking for that solution. It's just going to jump right over their head. So it needs to solve a problem that they know they have and even more so if it could be solving something that they're actively seeking out. They're looking for that solution. So instead of creating a program for someone who doesn't yet know, say you've got a course that is selling keto diet for weight loss, and you've got to help with autoimmune diseases, but you are targeting someone who hasn't yet realized that their autoimmune disease is due to their diet, for example. The way that they're eating. And you're speaking to those kinds of people, they don't yet really know that what you have is the solution and they're not even actively looking for that solution. But if you were to target someone who has an autoimmune disease and has actively gone down a path of trying to fix it, heal it, and has realized diet is their problem. And they realize that keto is actually the solution to their problem and they're actively looking for a keto diet program. If you can target those people, you're going to have a much easier sale with them then having to convince someone or show someone that they have a problem in your marketing. You don't want to be in a place of convincing. Convincing energy is much harder to sell, especially when it comes to Evergreen and automation. You actually want to think of your Evergreen automation sales process to really be speaking to the person who is actively seeking out that solution and wanting to solve that pain, and you're giving them an opportunity to buy much more quicker than if they had to wait in a launch. Because think about it, if you were just live launching that program, what if they want to buy, next week and you're only live launching in a month's time? You're giving them an opportunity to buy when they want to solve the problem, when they want. And if you don't give them that opportunity, they will go and find someone else. They'll find a competitor and they'll buy from them. So you want to make sure that your problem that you're solving is in demand, people are actively paying money to solve that problem. They know that they have that problem and even more so, they are actively seeking out a solution to that problem. If you can target those people with that offer, it's going to be a much easier sale. And yeah, your sales system, you'll just build it out. So that it does this heavy, the sales heavy lifting, and you tighten that messaging and you speak des directly to their pains, their desires, the transformation they have, and you want to test this out live. You always want to test your offer in your messaging live before you turn it Evergreen. Then question three, is the price aligned with your buyer's readiness? So if you're trying to sell a$2,000 course on autopilot to cold leads who have just joined your list, then it will be a struggle. They haven't been warmed up, they don't really know who you are and this, and this, this. Now, this doesn't mean it can't happen, it just means that your Evergreen sales system has to do a lot. And it has to work a lot harder. So if you are moving into Evergreen, then I would recommend starting with something mid ticket something 2 9 7 4 9 7 9 9 7. And I would recommend, inviting your warm audience into that sales system first. So say it's a Evergreen webinar, inviting your email list to sign up for your webinar and moving your warm traffic through that system first, and making sure that that price point is in the sweet spot because you might have to tweak the pricing when you are selling it live versus selling it Evergreen. You can get away with more when selling live then you can when you are selling Evergreen. Now, that isn't to say you can't sell high ticket Evergreen. There's definitely high ticket Evergreen sales systems that are application based, and they can work really well if all the right things are in place. But if this is your first rodeo, I would definitely say, shifting your offer, so it's a bit more mid ticket. So say ex for example, you have three versions of your offer. You've got DIY, you've got a group program, and you've got a one-on-one offer for your Evergreen, your first version of your Evergreen sales system could just be the DIY version of your offer. So it could be the 9, 9, 7 version of your offer, and you invite your warm audience into it, and you see how your warm audience responds before you go and start running ads to a cold audience. Because let's be honest, as we know, when people trust you and your offer is clear and it's solving a problem that they have, then they are going to say yes. Or they're more likely to say yes without needing to have a sales call or needing all this marketing heavy lifting to convince them. It's really important to target the people that trust you. So what if you're not quite ready yet, then this is your moment to pause and strengthen your foundation. So this doesn't mean you can't go and Evergreen your stuff, but it's just an opportunity for you to look at your offer. And make sure that it is selling well. Maybe you need to clarify your promise, make it more specific, make it more concrete, make the transformation speak more to the client. Shift the messaging, shift the positioning. Maybe you need to run a little live webinar again to gather more data. Maybe you want to tweak your sales page or tweak some of the assets that you've used. Especially the messaging, so that it's landing. Because launching live, selling something is generally easier and when you turn it Evergreen the sales conversion just will drop. That is just what will happen. So say you've had a 10% sales conversion with a webinar, with this offer, when you turn it Evergreen, it will go to about 5% or so. So that is just the nature of the game. And that's why you want to try and make sure it's converting as well as possible live before you are actually automating it so that it ticks the boxes and it makes sales on autopilot because that is what you want. So, yeah, that is it. That's my little message for you today. You can go and review your stuff and see if you're ready for Evergreen. Now, if you're not, it's not a big deal. In my growth Accelerator program, I help my clients run live webinars that are really easy to pull off. A live webinar is not going to burn you out. And run live webinars, test your offer with a live webinar. Make money while doing it and refine your messaging, your positioning, your offer until you hit the numbers. And then once you hit the numbers, I help them turn that thing Evergreen with an Evergreen webinar sales system. And then when you've built out that machine, you literally make sales on autopilot while you're sleeping, whilst you're living your life. You don't have to have long-winded launches. You don't have to be posting sales stories all day every day. You don't have to do millions of sales calls. This thing will just sell all the time, which is absolutely amazing. So if you are really interested in hearing more about how to do this and building the skillset, definitely come join me in my upcoming live masterclass. We're having it this coming Monday. It's July 7th and it's going to be at 8:00 PM Western European time. It's going to be live. I am going to be answering all your questions and you can pick my brain and all of that good stuff. So I'm super excited to share this training with you. It's the first time I'm ever doing it publicly and yeah it's a whole different skillset. But it's a game changer, and I think business owners need to learn how to sell stuff Evergreen more than ever now. Life is crazy out there. So we got to upskill, we got to make sure that we're making offers all the time. We're giving people an opportunity to buy when they're ready, not just when we are ready. Because that is what's going to make our businesses strong. All right, so I hope you have a beautiful day and I will chat to you again soon. Lots of love. Bye.
