So today we are jamming on a topic that stings a little at first, but I'm telling you, this is going to set you free as a woman in business. And this is why we're talking about why so many brilliant women keep undercharging even when their results are there, even when they've got testimonials, even if they're told that their work is amazing and their business is growing. Now, so often women think it's about strategy. I'm going to go perfect my funnel, I'm going to go perfect my offer. I'm going to go try an entire new launch process. I'm going to do all these strategic things. But what if your ceiling isn't strategy? What if your real glass ceiling is your subconscious? Okay. By the end of this episode, you are going to see why raising your prices has felt heavy or even terrifying where your body physically reacts to the thought of it. You will see the hidden program that has been quietly running the show, and you will see a way to dissolve it so you can charge more, hold more, receive more without your nervous system completely freaking out. Now, before we get into the episode, I want to just give you a little personal update. As I've been sharing in my podcast and pretty much my audience, my email list, I have been navigating a major business death and rebirth. For the last year and a half, I have been in a frozen liminal space. I haven't been fully aligned, but I haven't been clear on where to go. There was no information coming through. I couldn't figure out what to do. Everything that used to feel aligned and good in my business started to feel very misaligned. And it was just so difficult because I couldn't move forward. It was still too foggy. I was just in the death. I was just in the breakdown. But then I moved to Portugal and just by moving to this place, my energy started to shift. This energy of this country has shook me awake. Just the sea, air, the vibe, the people, the sun, just being immersed in nature, the pace, the energy. It's just really stirred something really deep in my body. And with that, my creativity has come back. So I have just been exploring, experimenting, and doing a bunch of things. As I said, when you're in a death in your business. Just explore, just experiment. Just go into nature, do all of the things to get your creativity back and to get in tune with your intuition. I started to feel energy coming through energy for something. I came across something called mind shifting, and it was unlike anything I'd ever seen before. As I mentioned, I've done all types of modalities. I've done hypnotherapy, NLP. I've done so many things. I found mind shifting, and I was like, this is different. This is insane. So I decided to certify in mind shifting because it is the most incredible modality to rewire deep subconscious blocks. Now, backstory, I have been mentoring and coaching women in business for six years now. I have coached hundreds of clients. I have helped so many women grow their online businesses and step into their power, but there was always one thing I could never control, and that was my client's inner programming, their identity, their beliefs. I did my best to help them with rewiring it, but it was always very conscious work that I was doing with them. So we weren't really using their subconscious, we were doing conscious work, like mindset work and things like that. And obviously it doesn't really touch sides when you have very deep programming which pretty much most of us do. Do you know what impacts results more than strategy? It's your programming, your identity, your beliefs, all of that stuff is 95% of your success in business. If we can rewire that piece literally everything else falls into place. And I was just getting sick and tired of watching brilliant women work three times as hard because their subconscious was literally rowing against the current. the strategy was there, the offer was there, but their body did not feel safe with more. They had so many beliefs about their worth, there was just so much that was coming through within their subconscious that was affecting their energy and completely affecting how they showed up, sabotaging their results. I became so frustrated by this as a business coach, that I was going to solve the real problem. I wasn't just going to focus on strategy. I was like, cool. I know strategy through and through. I've helped people with strategy for six years now, I'm ready to go deeper. That is what I want. That is what my soul is calling me to going deeper. I have completed my mind shifting program. I have learned some incredible modalities. If you've been listening to my podcast, you would've been hearing about each one of them. And I have done dozens of sessions with women in business, and the shifts that I've seen have been wild. We go to the root identity, the belief that is creating the resistance. We chip away at it and eventually that resistance dissolves. It dissolves every time we chip away at it. It's like peeling an onion, I always tell my clients. We're dissolving this belief, this identity, this thing. And their energy just unlocks. They leave a session and suddenly the thing that felt impossible becomes completely normal, neutral. It doesn't feel like they're pushing up against themselves anymore. It's basically like unshackling chains that you didn't even know you were wearing. And finally being able to walk free, and no longer carry that heavy load. So this is the work I now bring into my business coaching containers. Strategy plus subconscious reprogramming, identity work, plus skill building. Because when you work with your energy and you work with your strategy, there is nothing that can stop you. And I actually believe that the energy in the subconscious is 95% of the work. And then the 5% is like the strategy. You will walk away different. You become more wired for wealth and basically my goal is to help you become the woman who can charge and hold incredible income, visibility, success whilst feeling safe and calm in her body. Which brings me to today's topic, obviously, and it's the real reason you are afraid to raise your prices. Now, where that fear really comes from. Let's go back right into your childhood where you had this early programming. As a little girl, you learned the rules of safety and belonging. Maybe you were praised for being good, quiet, helpful. Maybe money was tight in your household. Maybe you saw your parents fighting a lot about money. Maybe people who had a lot of money were judged in your family. Perhaps you heard things like, money doesn't grow on trees, or rich people are greedy, or you can't have too much, or you can't outshine other people. Women especially, don't be too loud. Don't be too big. Dim yourself. And these messages, they sink deep into our subconscious and they become our identity. We just pick up these identities. They're not even ours to begin with. And so you start identifying as the one who's generous or I'm the good girl, or I'm not the kind of person who charges a lot or I keep myself small to keep the peace. There's so many things. Your system then decides, okay, high ticket prices is unsafe. If I charge more, I will be judged. I will lose love. People will talk about me. I will be greedy. It'll be unfair. My family or I will feel threatened. I will make my partner feel small. I don't want to threaten my partner, especially women, they don't want to over earn their husbands or whatever, all this stupid stuff. Now here's the important part. These beliefs live below what's conscious, right? So they are literally stored so deep into our body, into our psyche, which is why no amount of journaling or repeating affirmations can override them. When your nervous system is convinced that more money equals less safety, your body will win every time. Your mind and your body will always try to keep you safe. And if something is unsafe or perceived as a threat. You're going to resist it and sabotage and do everything in your power to not have it right because it's a threat to you and your safety. It's basic survival. So how does this show up in business? So when your subconscious says money is not safe, here's what happens on the surface. You undercharge, then you overdeliver to compensate. Your boundaries blur. Clients push you and you're allowed because it feels safer to give more than to ask for more. You second guess your value and you delay price increases for months. Even though you know you should be increasing your prizes, like you just can't bring yourself to do it. Sales conversations feel heavy sometimes. Maybe you soften your price on the call or you follow up with discounts that you never really plan to offer. You stay at the number you feel you can justify instead of the number you truly desire, your energy leaks just multiply so you have more anxiety around sales, around launching around refunds around any kind of thing that's related to money in your business. There is added levels of anxiety around it. So there's this constant hum of fear, which is energy leaking. It is literally energy leaking, which is going to places that you don't want to go. So from the outside you look successful because you're selling, you're making sales, you're doing the thing. But you feel your revenue does not match your potential. Not because your strategy is wrong, because your identity is literally in competition. Your beliefs and your identity is literally in competition with your vision of where you want to go. The person you are now and who you believe to be your self-concept is not the person you need to be to reach, say it's 20K a month, 30K a month, a hundred K a month, whatever it is. So, I worked with a client recently and she could not see how she could ever charge a high ticket price for one-on-one coaching. Now, in her niche, it made total sense. For me I could see it clearly, but she was just like, no way. This is not possible. And you could see she went into a physical stress response when she even thought of it. And in this case it was like $2,000 for a one-on-one, which to her felt ridiculous to me, was completely normal and fine. So we then looked at the identity behind that and what we uncovered is that she felt she is a person who makes herself small. And we met that belief with mind shifting and we moved through several layers of it and we dissolved the emotional charge around that. So we kept dissolving at it and dissolving at it. Of course, this is a very deep subconscious identity that's very ingrained. So we had to keep going at it. To the point where there was no more negative charge. So when we spoke about it, she felt neutral to it. And that's where I want to get you to is neutrality. I don't necessarily need you to be in a positive emotion around it. I just want to get you to neutral so it doesn't cause you fear, it doesn't cause you stress. It's just like, whatever. So in one session she was able to move from this is not possible for me to a place of neutrality. So something that felt impossible became possible. And that is the sweet spot. So when you feel neutral about that next step, that big leap, whatever it is, you stop putting pressure on it. It's just whatever. It's like, I'm just going to go buy a loaf of bread. I'm just going to go raise my prices. It's not a big deal. So when you realize that it's not as much of a big deal as you think, and that you're completely safe, then you free yourself up of so much energy. And so after that session, she could see her value, she could see the magic in charging more for her work. And so the intention is now that she is going to raise her rates, and hopefully in the next week or two, she's going to email her clients, let them know she's going to have a webinar, she's going to charge new prices and we'll probably work on a high ticket, one-on-one together. So that is profound stuff. This is someone who has been struggling with this for a long time, and so just to free that energy is magical. I have been talking about affirmations and mindset work for as long as this podcast has been alive, but I have realized that no amount of affirmations is enough. I love affirmations. I love vision boards. I still love mantras. I still put mantras up. I still say things to myself. But if your subconscious believes that charging more in this case. Charging more money will threaten your safety or exclude you or push you out of the group or isolate you or threaten people's love for you. Then it will be perceived as a danger, and you are resisted as a survival mechanism and it's very hard to override that. No amount of affirmation can override your safety mechanism and you're going to procrastinate, you're going to keep going into strategy, you're going to try to do all these things. You're going to discount your prices, you're going to overwork, there's going to be endless sabotage. But when we dissolve that old program and we rewire your subconscious. Basically just dissolving that belief or that identity, then your body will naturally stop seeing it as much as a threat. And you can become neutral. You can be grounded, you can feel safer in holding more. And then of course your actions change because once you shift on an identity level and a belief level, like your actions and your thoughts change naturally. It's literally how it works. And then you have the energy that then creates amazing success and magic in your business. Now this brings me to marrying strategy and identity work. So I'm a business mentor and I love strategy. Don't get me wrong, it matters. You need to have the strategy. Like otherwise, you're just going to be working mindlessly and it's not going to work. But your identity is the foundation, the beliefs you have, your programming, your subconscious programming is the foundation. So when you rewire your identity and you shift the foundation and you create a foundation that is limitless. That millionaire mindset that I talk about, then everything just falls into place. Boundaries become easy. You can sell with confidence, you can deliver and you don't over deliver. You just know when to stop. You stop mothering your clients or coddling you become more of a leader. Your pricing stops becoming a negotiation with your fear, and you can clearly see the transformation you create and the value and the worth of it. And when money becomes safe in your body, when we do this work, these magical shifts happen. You feel neutral at high numbers, which means you can hold them. You stop arguing with your desires. If you want to actually make 20K, 30K a month, you stop making that a bad thing. You start actually honouring it and knowing that it's possible. Selling becomes a service again. You can feel good in selling. You don't have to feel icky around it. Your time expands because you stop over delivering and your results in business scale because your actions are consistent and you are congruent, meaning like your identity and your beliefs match the goals that you want to create. And then you can create them. So this is the main work I do with women in business now, and it's just absolutely so, so profound. I do it on myself as well. I'm walking the path, I'm in the trenches of business myself. I'm going through all of these things myself, and I'm mind shifting myself while I do it. So it's really quite magical. So just to tie things up. The reason you're afraid to raise your prices is not a lack of skill. It's not that you're not good enough. It is probably nothing of strategy at this point. Especially if you've been in business and you've had success. If you've never sold something before and you completely new then probably it's a strategy and a subconscious problem. But if you have had launches, made money, strategy is not the main problem necessarily, yes, it probably is a little bit of it, but it's mostly your subconscious at this point. So what it is you are deeply ingrained subconscious rewiring that connects money to being unsafe. And when your body is not safe with something, it will resist it as hard as it can. And when we dissolve that old programming, you stop fighting against yourself and you can get to a neutral point. And then consistent action becomes natural. And then that's the energy that makes millions. So if you are an established woman in business, you've got results. You're great at what you do. You've become successful in whatever way, shape, or form you see that as. But you want to get to the next level, and you can clearly see yourself holding back, you're resisting your next leap. Maybe you're procrastinating, you're resisting raising your prices, you're fearful of hitting that next goal. Maybe you've got a crazy goal of having a hundred K launch, for example. And that seems like crazy to you, then you've got to do some subconscious rewiring work and strategy of course on top of that.
